WASHINGTON, Oct. 23, 2009 - On October 15, 2009, the National
Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) of the United States
Department of Transportation issued a report on Fatalities in
Frontal Crashes Despite Seat Belts and Air Bags. On October 21,
2009, NHTSA issued a notice in the Federal Register (page 54118)
